Celebrating Outstanding Outcomes for Disadvantaged Pupils

We are delighted to share that Bickleigh Down Church of England (Aided) Primary School has been recognised nationally for achieving exceptional outcomes for disadvantaged pupils in the 2024/25 academic year. This commendation comes directly from Bridget Phillipson, Secretary of State for Education, who praised the hard work of our pupils and the unwavering dedication of our staff. 

The Department for Education highlighted our school as one of the strongest performers in the country and encouraged us to continue leading the way by sharing our effective practice with other schools and networks.
