1decision – Information for Parents and Carers 

At Bickleigh School, we use 1decision as part of our PSHE and RSHE curriculum from EYFS to Year 6. 

1decision provides age-appropriate, interactive resources which support children to develop the knowledge, vocabulary and skills they need to make safe, informed choices and develop healthy relationships. 

We want to work in partnership with parents and carers and be open about what children are learning. The official 1decision website has a dedicated Parent/Carer Zone, where you can find out more about the programme and explore information and resources that support learning at home.

Supporting learning at home 

The 1decision Parent/Carer Zone includes a range of resources that you can use to continue conversations and support your child’s personal development at home. These include family support packs and free activities for different age groups. (1decision⁠) 

Please note that the content delivered at Bickleigh School will be selected and sequenced according to our own curriculum, the age and developmental stage of our pupils, and the statutory RSHE requirements.
